The mission of Cooperative Research Units is to:

  1. Enhance graduate education programs that develop future natural resources managers and researchers.
  2. Deliver actionable and applied science for fish and wildlife management to cooperating agencies and organizations.
  3. Provide technical assistance to natural resource managers and researchers for the application of contemporary approaches
