About the Co-op
The Arkansas Cooperative Research Unit was founded in 1988.
Over the past 35 years, the Arkansas Cooperative Research Unit has proudly trained and graduated over 80 graduate students, most of whom are now working as professional biologists. Presently, those students are employed by federal, state, and private agencies, colleges and universities, or are continuing their graduate degrees at other schools. Arkansas Cooperative Research Unit leaders and students have published over 200 peer-reviewed publications.
